Full Service BBQ Catering

Let us wow your guests with our Famous Food and Smokin' Service!  Full Service menus are priced per person and available on orders over $500.00.  The fee for Full Service BBQ Catering is 20% of your total bill, and includes 1 hour of set-up and up to 4 hours of service from our highly trained Catering Team.  We highly recommend Full Service BBQ Catering for events over 75 people.

We bring your order in our specialty catering vehicle equipped to keep hot food hot and cold food cold - not only does this make the food served to the last person just as Famous as the food served to the first person , it ensures food safety.

With our Full Service BBQ Catering we handle all details of event set-up. We bring our own buffet tables, cloth linens, chafing sets and all paper products including heavy-duty plates, silverware, napkins, serving utensils and award-winning BBQ sauces.  Just give us a space to set up two 6 foot tables, and we'll take care of the rest!

When your event begins, we serve your guests and replenish the buffet, ensuring your guests receive perfect portions.  As folks finish eating, we bus tables, take care of all trash,  and keep your event area clean and neat.  We'll even take care of trash removal.

We bring our grill and flame-kiss the food right at your event location!  Additional fees do apply for on-site grilling, please call for details.

Full Service BBQ Catering events are subject to availability and booked on a first-come first-served basis.  When you're sure you'd like to use our Full Service BBQ Catering, please call and schedule your event.  You can make any changes to your order and provide us with your final count up till 3 days prior to your event date.
