Pig Roasts - the best BBQ ever!

Back before there were fancy-schmancy restaurants and catering services, there was fire, smoke and meat.  Go back to BBQ's roots and order a Famous Dave's Whole Hog!  Our hogs feed approximately 50 guests the most tender and juicy pork they've ever tasted.  All hogs are smoked in-house to order-not oven-roasted in a meat plant thousands of miles away.  Whole hogs can be picked up at one of our stores, delivered to your event location or served as part of a full service pig roast event. 

We require 7 days notice on whole hogs, after all, these pigs don't smoke themselves!
